We want you to love your Royale Beauty Jewellery! If you don’t, here’s our simple process for returns:

1. How Long Do I Have to Return It?

You have 14 days from the day your jewellery arrives to tell us you want a refund.

After you tell us, you have another 14 days to post the item back to us.

 
2. What Can I Send Back?

We can accept returns for a full refund if the item is:

Unworn and Unused: It must be in the exact condition you received it.

Original Packaging: Sent back in its original box and packaging.

Not Custom: It is NOT a piece that was specially made or engraved for you.

Important: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on earrings unless they arrived faulty or damaged.

3. How to Start a Return

Email Us: Send a quick email to Royalebeauty3@gmail.com with your Order Number and let us know which item you are returning.

Wait for Instructions: We will email you back with a Returns Authorisation Number (RAN) and the return address.

Ship It: Package the item securely and send it back. We strongly recommend using a tracked service (like Royal Mail Signed For) as we cannot refund lost packages.

Please Note: You are responsible for the cost of the return postage (unless the item was faulty).

4. When Will I Get My Refund?

Once we receive your return and check that it’s in perfect condition, we will process your full refund to your original payment method within 14 days.

5. What if it Arrived Faulty?

If your jewellery arrives damaged or faulty, contact us immediately (within 48 hours). We will arrange and cover the cost of the return and offer you a replacement or a full refund. Your legal rights are always protected.
